31. तिमीहरूले मोशाको व्यवस्थामा यसो भनेको सुनेका छौ, ‘एउटा लोग्‍‌नेले आफ्‍‌नी स्वास्‍‌नीलाई त्याग्‍‌न चाहेमा त्यागपत्र लेखेर पारपाचुके गर्नसक्छ।’
