9. म पनि अख्तियारमा छु र मभन्दा माथि पनि अख्तियारवालाहरू छन्। मैले मेरो अधीनका सिपाहीहरूलाई ‘जाओ’ भने ती जान्छन् ‘आओ’ भने ती आउँछन्, अनि मैले जे गर भनेर अह्राए पनि तिनले गर्छन्।’’
