3. यसैगरी पति हुँदाहुँदै उसले अर्को पुरुषसँग विवाह गरी भने ऊ व्यभिचारिणी हुन्छे। तर पति मरिसकेपछि ऊ त्यस कानूनबाट मुक्त हुन्छे र अर्को पुरुषसँग विवाह गरी भने पनि व्यभिचारिणी हुँदिनँ।
