3. Gdy wczesnym rankiem mieszkańcy Aszdodu wstali i weszli do świątyni Dagona, spostrzegli, że oto Dagon leżał twarzą do ziemi przed Arką Pańską. Podniósłszy Dagona znów ustawili go na jego miejscu.
