13. apareceram então as duas falsas testemunhas que, na presença de Nabot e diante do povo, depuseram contra ele, dizendo que Nabot tinha amaldiçoado Deus e o rei. Levaram-no imediatamente para fora da cidade, onde o apedrejaram até morrer.
