3. Então os chefes dos filisteus perguntaram a Aquis: "Quem são estes hebreus?" Aquis respondeu-lhes: "Este é David, que foi oficial de Saul, o rei de Israel. Já está comigo há bastante tempo, e desde que passou para o meu lado não lhe encontrei qualquer falta para desconfiar dele."
