5. Ezequias, encheu-se de coragem e reconstruiu a muralha da cidade, onde quer que estava destruída. Construiu torres sobre ela e fez ainda construir uma segunda muralha na parte exterior. Restaurou o terraço, designado por Milo, na cidade de David e fabricou uma grande quantidade de lanças e de escudos.
