2. Eis o que o Senhor, Deus de Israel, declara acerca desses governantes que tinham obrigação de cuidar do seu povo: "Vocês não se ocuparam do meu povo como deviam. Pelo contrário, dispersaram-no e obrigaram-no a irem-se embora. Mas agora vou castigar-vos pelo mal que fizeram. Palavra do Senhor!
