13. Mal tinha chegado à porta de Benjamim o oficial encarregado dos soldados da guarda àquela porta, um homem chamado Jerias, filho de Chelemias, e neto de Hananias, prendeu o profeta Jeremias e disse-lhe: "Tu estás a desertar para o lado dos babilónios!"
