1. [Cântico de peregrinação]. Felizes aqueles que honram o Senhor e obedecem às suas ordens.
  
2. Comerás do fruto do teu trabalho, mas serás feliz e terás prosperidade.
  
3. Na intimidade do teu lar, a tua mulher será como uma videira carregada de uvas e os teus filhos, em volta da tua mesa, serão como rebentos de oliveira.
  
4. Desta maneira será abençoado o homem que honra o Senhor.
  
5. O Senhor te abençoe do monte Sião! Que contemples o bem-estar de Jerusalém, todos os dias da tua vida
  
6. e tenhas a alegria de ver os teus netos! Que haja paz em Israel!
