16. Când a văzut tot Israelul că împăratul nu-l ascultă, poporul a răspuns împăratului: Ce parte avem noi cu David? Noi n-avem nici o moştenire cu fiul lui Isai! La corturile tale, Israele! Acum, vezi-ţi de casă, Davide! Şi tot Israelul s-a dus în corturile lui.
