16. Împăratul Asa n-a lăsat nici chiar pe mama sa Maaca să mai fie împărăteasă, pentru că făcuse un idol Astartei. Asa i-a dărâmat idolul, pe care l-a făcut praf, şi l-a ars lângă pârâul Chedron.
