11. Când vedeau Leviţii că e mult argint în ladă şi că era vremea ca s-o dea în mâinile dregătorilor împăratului, venea logofătul împăratului şi slujbaşul marelui preot şi goleau lada. Apoi o luau şi o puneau iarăşi la loc. Aşa făceau în fiecare zi, şi au strâns mult argint.
