8. Când am trecut Eu pe lângă tine, M-am uitat la tine, şi iată că îţi venise vremea, vremea dragostelor. Atunci am întins peste tine poala hainei Mele, ţi-am acoperit goliciunea, ţi-am jurat credinţă, am făcut legământ cu tine, zice Domnul Dumnezeu, şi ai fost a Mea!
