6. Dacă însă străjerul va vedea venind sabia, şi nu va suna din trâmbiţă, şi dacă poporul nu va fi înştiinţat, şi va veni sabia şi va răpi viaţa vreunui om, omul acela va pieri din pricina nelegiuiri lui, dar voi cere sângele lui din mâna străjerului.
