18. Domnitorul nu va lua nimic din moştenirea poporului, nu-l va despuia de moşiile lui. Ci, ce va da de moştenire fiilor săi, va lua din ce are el, pentru ca nici unul din poporul Meu să nu fie îndepărtat din moşia lui!
