4. Atunci căpeteniile au zis împăratului: Omul acesta ar trebui omorât! Căci înmoaie inima oamenilor de război care au mai rămas în cetatea aceasta, şi a întregului popor, ţinându-le asemenea cuvântări; omul acesta nu urmăreşte binele poporului acestuia, şi nu-i vrea decât nenorocirea.
