2. Aşa vorbeşte Domnul: Iată, se ridică nişte ape de la miază noapte, cresc ca un râu ieşit din matcă; îneacă ţara şi ce cuprinde ea, cetatea şi locuitorii ei. Ţipă oamenii, şi se bocesc toţi locuitorii ţării.
