13. Sfâşiaţi-vă inimile nu hainele, şi întoarceţi-vă la Domnul, Dumnezeul vostru. Căci El este milostiv şi plin de îndurare, îndelung răbdător şi bogat în bunătate, şi-I pare rău de relele pe care le trimite.
