13. Dacă cineva nu este necurat, nici nu este în călătorie, şi totuşi nu prăznuieşte Paştele, sufletul acela să fie nimicit din poporul lui; pentru că n-a adus darul cuvenit Domnului la vremea hotărâtă, omul acela să-şi ia pedeapsa pentru păcatul lui.
