16. Iar când toţi Israeliţii au văzut că regele n-a vrut să-i asculte, a răspuns şi poporul regelui şi i-a zis: ,,Ce parte avem noi cu David? Nici o moştenire nu avem noi cu fiul lui Iesei. Pleacă, dar, la corturile tale, Israele! Şi tu, Davide, cunoaşte-ţi acum casa ta! Şi s-a împrăştiat Israel la corturile lui.
