22. Iar în anul dintâi al lui Cirus, regele Persiei, pentru împlinirea cuvintelor Domnului rostite prin Ieremia, a trezit Domnul duhul lui Cirus, regele Persiei, şi a poruncit acesta să se Facă cunoscut tuturor din tot regatul său, prin cuvânt şi prin scris şi să le spună:
