12. Şi s-a sculat regele noaptea şi a zis slugilor sale: ,,Am să vă spun ce fac Sirie cu noi: Ei ştiu că noi suferim de foame şi au ieşit din tabără şi s-au ascuns în câmp, cugetând aşa: Când vor ieşi ei din cetate, îi vom prinde vii şi vom năvăli în cetate.
