9. Când s-a întâlnit Abesalom cu oamenii lui David, era călare pe un catâr. Când catârul a fugit cu el pe sub crăcile unui stejar mare, părul lui Abesalom s-a încurcat în crengile stejarului şi el a rămas spânzurat în văzduh, iar catârul de sub el s-a dus înainte.
