3. Ajungând apoi David la casa sa în Ierusalim, a luat regele pe cele zece concubine pe care le lăsase să aibă în grijă casa şi le-a pus într-o casă deosebită, sub supraveghere şi le purta de grijă, dar nu se ducea la ele. Şi au trăit ele acolo până la moartea lor, ca văduve.
