21. Abner a zis lui David: ,,Eu mă voi scula şi mă voi duce şi voi aduna la regele, stăpânul meu, tot poporul lui Israel ca să facă legământ cu tine şi vei fi rege peste toţi, după cum doreşte sufletul tău. Iar David a dat drumul lui Abner şi s-a dus cu pace.
