8. Abner însă, mâniindu-se straşnic de vorbele lui Işboşet, a zis: ,,Au doară eu sunt cap de câine? Eu, împotriva casei lui Iuda, am arătat acum milă casei lui Saul, tatăl tău, fraţilor lui şi prietenilor lui, şi nu te-am dat în mâinile lui David; iar tu îmi găseşti acum vină pentru o femeie?
