11. Iar când i s-a spus că nu se cuvine a se face aceasta, că nu numai celor din neamuri nu este slobod, ci nici tuturor preoţilor, fără numai arhiereului, care pe toţi povăţuieşte, ci şi acestuia o dată în an, el nicidecum n-a vrut să asculte.
