8. Iar Iudeii au trimis la el din marele sfat si dintre cei mai de frunte, ca să i se închine şi să-i ducă daruri şi să-i facă urări pentru cele ce s-au petrecut; dar s-a întâmplat că şi el tocmai avea de gând să meargă către ei.
