18. Am poruncit, ca îndată ce va sosi la voi scrisoarea aceasta, pe cei însemnaţi în ea, împreună cu femeile şi cu pruncii, ocărâţi-i şi-i jefuiţi şi într-aceeaşi zi să-i trimiteţi la noi, de pretutindeni, cu legături de fier legaţi, ca, precum se cuvine celor răi, eu moarte nemiloasă şi de ocară să piară.
