5. Pe aceştia legaţi aducându-i, cu batjocuri, ca pe nişte robi şi mai vârtos ca pe nişte vicleni, fără de nici o cercetare şi iscodire s-au apucat a-i ucide, mai cu sălbatică cruzime fiind cuprinşi decât în datinile Sciţilor.
