3. Ascultă dar, Israele, şi sileşte-te să împlineşti acestea, ca să-ţi fie bine Şi să vă înmulţiţi foarte, precum ţi-a grăit Domnul Dumnezeul părinţilor tăi că-li va da pământul unde curge lapte şi miere. Acestea sunt hotărârile şi legile pe care le-a dat Domnul Dumnezeu fiilor lui Israel în pustie, după ieşirea lor din pământul Egiptului.
