13. Din pricina aceasta s-a mâniat regele tare şi s-a aprins într-însul urgie mare şi a zis către înţelepţii care ştiau datinile din trecut, (căci aşa era rânduiala ca orice pricină a regelui să se spună înaintea celor ce cunoşteau legile şi dreptul):
