19. Deci, dacă binevoieşte regele, să iasă de la el hotărâre regească şi să se scrie în legile Persiei şi Mediei, cu neschimbare, că regina Vasti nu va mai intra înaintea regelui Artaxerxe, iar vrednicia de regină a ei regele o va da alteia mai vrednică decât ea.
