8. În vremea aceasta a spus Aman regelui Artaxerxe: ,,Este un popor risipit şi împrăştiat printre popoare, prin toate ţările regatului tău. Legile lui sânt deosebite de legile tuturor popoarelor, legilor regelui nu se supun şi regele nu se cuvine să-l lase aşa.
