11. Spunând că regele îngăduie iudeilor din fiecare cetate să se adune ca să-şi apere viaţa lor, să bată, să ucidă şi să piardă pe toţi cei puternici din popor şi din ţară, care ar vrea să-i atace, cu femeile şi cu copiii lor, iar averea lor să o jefuiască.
