17. Iar după ce Faraon a dat drumul poporului, Dumnezeu nu l-a dus pe calea cea către pământul Filistenilor, care era mai scurtă; căci a zis Dumnezeu: ,,Nu cumva poporul, văzând război, să-i pară rău şi să se întoarcă în Egipt.
