21. Ce va rămâne va fi al regelui de o parte şi de alta a porţiunii sfinte şi a porţiunii cetăţii, ce va trece peste cele douăzeci şi cinci de mii de coli spre răsărit până la hotarul ţării şi ce va trece peste cele douăzeci şi cinci de mii de coţi spre apus până la hotarul ţării. Aceasta va fi partea regelui, aşa încât partea sfântă şi locaşul sfânt vor fi la mijloc.
