14. Şi căpeteniile Iudeilor au zidit şi au sporit, după proorocia lui Agheu proorocul şi a lui Zaharia, fiul lui Ido. Şi cu voia Dumnezeului lui Israel şi a lui Cirus şi Darie şi Artaxerxe, regii Perşilor, l-au zidit şi l-au isprăvit.
