25. Iar tu, Ezdra, după înţelepciunea Dumnezeului tău, care este în mina ta, să pui cârmuitori şi judecători şi să judece aceia tot poporul cel de peste fluviu, pe toţi cei ce ştiu legea Dumnezeului tău, iar pe cei ce nu o ştiu, să-i învăţaţi.
