6. Acest Ezdra a ieşit din Babilon; şi era el cărturar iscusit şi cunoscător al legii lui Moise, pe care o dăduse Domnul Dumnezeul lui Israel. Iar regele i-a dat lui tot ce a dorit, pentru că mâna Dumnezeului său era peste el.
