7. Din zilele părinţilor noştri şi până astăzi suntem în mare vinovăţie, şi pentru fărădelegile noastre am fost daţi noi, şi regii noştri, şi preoţii noştri, în mâinile regilor celor de alt neam, şi în sabie şi în robie, şi pradă şi în ruşine, cum suntem şi astăzi.
