11. Văzând Canaaneii, locuitorii ţinutului aceluia, plângerea de la aria Atad, au zis: ,,Mare e plângerea aceasta la Egipteni. De aceea s-a dat locului aceluia numele Abel-Miţraim, adică plângerea Egiptenilor, care loc e dincolo de Iordan.
