16. Îndrepta-voi pe cei orbi pe drumuri pe care nu le cunosc, pe poteci neştiute îi voi povăţui; întunericul îl voi preface înaintea lor în lumină şi povârnişurile în câmpii întinse. Acestea sunt făgăduinţele Mele pe care le voi împlini şi cu vederea nu le voi trece.
