5. Şi apoi, când isprăveau zilele petrecerii lor, Iov chema şi sfinţea pe feciorii săi şi se scula dis-de-dimineaţă şi aducea arderi de tot, după numărul lor al tuturor, căci Iov zicea: ,,Se poate ca feciorii mei să fi păcătuit şi să fi cugetat cu păcat împotriva lui Dumnezeu. Şi aşa făcea Iov mereu.
