3. Ca să poată scăpa acolo ucigaşul care a ucis om din greşeală, fără precugetare; şi să fie oraşele acestea loc de scăpare pentru cel ce a ucis, ca să nu moară de mâna celui ce răzbună sângele vărsat, înainte de a se înfăţişa înaintea obştii la judecată.
