6. Să trăiască el în cetatea aceasta până ce se va înfăţişa înaintea obştii la judecată, până va muri arhiereul care va fi în acele zile. Apoi să se întoarcă ucigaşul şi să sa ducă în cetatea sa şi la casa sa, în cetatea de unde a fugit.
