16. Şi Iudita a intrat şi s-a aşezat. Şi inima lui Olofern a fost cu totul răpită şi mintea lui tulburată, căci el dorea mult să fie împreună cu ea. Şi din ziua în care o văzuse, el căuta prilejul s-o ademenească.
