15. Şalum, fiul lui Col-Hoze, căpetenia ţinutului Miţpa, a reparat Poarta Izvorului, a zidit-o şi i-a pus canaturile cu încuietorile şi zăvoarele trebuitoare. El a mai făcut zidul de la scăldătoarea Siloam, de lângă grădina regelui, până la scara ce coboară din cetatea lui David.
