28. Şi cei pe care Dumnezeu i-a pus în Biserică sunt: mai întâi apostolii, în al doilea rând profeţii, în al treilea rând învăţătorii, apoi cei care au puterea [minunilor], apoi carisma vindecărilor, a ajutorării, a conducerii, a limbilor diferite.
